Triple-Greens Cleanse Blend
This simple recipe contains a trifecta of greens and fresh herbs that make the whole dish sparkle. The Brits eat a version of this called “mushy peas,” which are delicious but swim in butter and are cooked so long much of the nutrition is lost. Mine has a much brighter, fresher flavor.

- 1 cup Broccoli-Pea-Spinach Base Blend Click for Base Blend Recipe
- 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbls chopped fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint)
- pinch sea salt
- Warm the blend and the oil in a small saucepan. Stir in the herbs, season with salt to taste, and serve.
