red pepper hummus

ROASTED RED PEPPER HUMMUS

This hummus is a great way to get cancer- and inflammation-fighting cauliflower into your diet if you don’t like the taste of it on its own. The roasted peppers
take over the flavor and are an amazing source of vitamin C and antioxidants. If you want to switch things up, swap in sun-dried tomatoes for the red peppers.
