  • 2 tspns extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 tspns pure maple syrup
  • sea salt
  • ground cinnamon *Optional


  • Warm the blend and the oil in a small saucepan. Add the salt and cinnamon, if using, to taste, and serve.
