Ingredients

  • 1 cup shelled walnut halves or pieces

Directions

  • Pulse the walnuts in a food processor. Don’t let the food processor run continually, or you will end up with nut butter. You are aiming for the consistency of cornmeal, not bread flour.
  • Keep refrigerated in a sealed, labeled plastic bag for up to 2 weeks.
