The following is a list of sneaky foods used most commonly by The Sneaky Chef, plus the favorite yummy foods to hide them in. Keep as many of these as possible on hand and it will be easy to make Sneaky Chef recipes a regular part of your family’s daily life. Please keep in mind that you can easily find organic versions of most of these items:
