Coaching includes special features such as The Sneaky Chef's signature lunchbox make-over," The Sneaky Chef "Pantry Raid" followed by personal shopping and a guided natural food store walk-through, and nutritional coaching. Other special programs such as "Lead by Example (and Lose Weight Too!)" are also available.

Cooking Classes & Group Instruction:
The Sneaky Chef's cooking classes and group instruction include dynamic hands-on cooking classes and demos, lectures, workshops, and private events. Host a cooking party with friends in your own home or one of The Sneaky Chef's locations. Invite The Sneaky Chef to host your book club or mother's group. You can also enroll in one of The Sneaky Chef's classes at The Culinary Center of New York in Manhattan.
