Is it possible to substitute cherry puree for the purple puree in the Brainy Brownies, or in the quick fix for boxed mix brownies? If so, what do you think? One-to-one substitution? I just thought the hint of cherry flavor in the brownies might be really good! I know, I should probably just try it, but I'd love to know your thoughts. Thanks!

I think you could substitute the cherry puree one-to-one. Cherry and chocolate go great together, as you probably already know! Just be sure to puree the cherries fine enough so that there's no recognizable pieces left, unless you want them for texture.
