Dear Missy,

Do you do any quantity recipes like for a school cafeteria?
I would love to incorporate your ideas with mine.PK-8 grade students.
Just a thought...

Vicky

Dear Vicky,

I haven't turned Sneaky Chef recipes into quantity recipes myself, but some large institutions have! like Columbia University Children's Hospital. They are successfully using my recipes in patient rooms and in their staff cafeteria as well. They server thousands. What ideas are you thinking about?

All the best,

Missy

Dear Missy,

I just bought your books while doing research for a business I'm trying to open up. I am looking at opening an indoor playpark for toddlers since where I live there are very few options for children's play during bad weather (which is about 60% of the year where I live).

I feel bad though that parents will leave my establishment and take their toddlers to the McD's next door for breakfast/lunch options for their children. I am trying to look into offering a menu of healthier items and FELL IN LOVE with your books and ideas.

I see that you offer "Sneaky Chef" premade items at Whole Foods but the nearest store to me is over an hour away. I was wondering if you have yet come up with larger batch quantity recipes and how one might go about securing the ability to use your recipes for retail sales.

I know it opens up a sticky area and like I said I'm just starting research but I know that what you offer in your cookbooks is a blessing to the children in this world who are bodies are starving for whole ingredients and healthy options!!!

Thanks in advance for any tips or assistance!

CoreyAnn :)
