In addition, she contributes to Girls Life magazine and has become the "unofficial" fitness badge trainer for the Girl Scouts of America.
Larysa has appeared on Good Day New York and in InStyle, Parenting, First For Women, and Destination Wedding Style magazines. Larysa and her husband own a fitness facility, PFX, in Pleasantville, New York, a center that has the distinction of being one of the first gyms to allow children as young as eight-years-old to become members. She created kid-specific classes, such as Boot Camp, Baby! and Get Fit for Prom-which has attracted national sponsorships, including Canyon Ranch, Lara Bar, Operation Fairy Dust, and Elle Magazine.
Larysa has had the perfect test market for Sneaky Fitness at home-with her two children, nine-year-old Nicholas and six-year-old Isabella.
"I have trained with Larysa DiDio since 1999 and she has remained eternally enthusiastic, highly motivating, creative in solutions and avid in her exploration and pursuit of new ways to bring fitness to adults, teens and kids. She brings her unique and insightful blend to this concept that is so desperately needed in this epidemic of childhood obesity. This will be a guide for many parents and children who care about health and longevity."
